Angelina is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished career spanning the financial services industry and a deep commitment to social causes. Holding a Bachelor’s degree from the esteemed University of Southern California (USC) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University, Angelina has leveraged her expertise to excel in various senior management and directorate positions at global financial institutions such as IMC Asia Pacific, HKEX (Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited), Cantor Fitzgerald, KPMG, and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). 

With a focus on digital asset exchanges, Angelina’s insights have been invaluable, further solidifying her reputation in the industry. She later founded Stratford Finance Limited, a consulting firm specializing in navigating regulatory and operational challenges within the financial services and digital assets sectors. Through her leadership, Angelina has provided pivotal guidance to financial services companies, fund managers, and technology providers, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. 

Beyond her professional endeavours, Angelina is deeply committed to driving positive change in society. As Chair of The Women’s Foundation, she champions gender equality and women’s empowerment, catalysing meaningful progress. Additionally, Angelina serves on various boards and charities in Hong Kong, including the New Business Committee of the Financial Services Development Council, the Ebenezer School for the Blind, Zurich Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited, and Chevalier International (HKEX 0025). She is also a Founding Director of Web3Harbour, demonstrating her dedication to education, disability services, and financial industry development. 

Angelina’s pursuit of continuous learning is evident through her academic achievements, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States and Hong Kong, as well as a Chartered Accountant (CA) of Australia and New Zealand, and a Member of the HKMA Academy of Finance underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and rigorous standards.
